How do I customise the ribbon on my hamper?
Each hamper or product can be customised directly on the page in which you add to basket. You will be prompted if you require customisation and if selected, a drop down will appear for you to enter your requirements.
What is the maximum amount of text I can have on my ribbon?
To make sure your personalised ribbon looks at it’s finest, we have limited the amount of characters to 100 but for better proportion, we recommend only 50 characters . This also includes spaces.
How can I select the most appropriate gift card?
Our ranges change frequently to avoid regular customers sending the same card to siblings and friends. Please state the celebration type (Birthday, Christmas, New Year, Thank You, Birth etc), gender and age and we will select the best option for you. Please look on our Facebook page or Instagram for examples of the cards we use. For the Ready to Party range we send a mix of gender types for birthdays.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Due to the nature of the customisation, we do not currently offer a next day delivery option.
Do you offer discounts?
We run promotions on Facebook and Instagram during the year for retail customers. We do offer trade prices for some of our services, please email with your enquiry.
